The organic estate fruit in this gourmet jam is grown on the same
fertile ground that produces some of the world’s finest Pinot Gris
& Pinot Noir. Like our vineyards, our 30 acres of orchards and
gardens are subject to sustainable farming practices and meticulous
fruit selection. These jams represent a true collaboration between
our culinary, winemaking, and gardening teams; fruit is grown under
the watchful eye of Garden Manager Jessie Russell and made into jam
using wine produced in our family owned winery. Together we
continually strive to push the culinary envelope and create tasty
foods from produce grown just outside the kitchen door. Enjoy!
