Protecting your order information is a priority. We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the possibility of decoding that information by anyone other than us.

Some versions of browsers and some firewalls don't permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be unable to connect to the server so you won't have to worry about mistakenly placing an order through an unsecured connection. If you can't access the secure server for any reason, please place your order by phone by calling 1-800-884-4441 during our customer service hours, M-F 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time.

Undeliverable wines returned to King Estate are non-refundable. Returned wine cannot be resold so we regret that there are no exceptions to this policy. Returned packages can either be reshipped at the customer's expense or picked up at King Estate (requires at least 1 business day advance notice).
