For 20 years King Estate has produced Pinot Gris in what has become known as our signature style: no oak, no malolactic fermentation, and extended sur lie aging in stainless steel. But back by popular request, we bring you the second vintage of Paradox Pinot Gris. An experiment gone right, Paradox is something markedly different and special.
Paradox is fermented in stainless steel and aged 13 months sur lie in French oak (33% new, 66% neutral). This extended oak aging adds additional character to the wine without stripping the crisp melon and citrus flavors so commonly found in our Pinot Gris. Available exclusively to Tower Club members, we hope you enjoy this counterpoint to our traditional Pinot Gris lineup.
